A classic California Chardonnay from winemaker Tim Milos, the wine balances ripe pear and citrus fruit with layers of toasted brioche, spice, and a creamy palate. Long aging integrates the flavors of oak and lees into that of grilled hazelnut, delicate toastiness, cashews, and crème brûlée layered with candied citrus zest, Asian pears, and the scent of chamomile tea. Round and generous on the palate, it finishes with a bright refreshing minerality.
